HONG Jing

Professor Hong Jing is the director of the department of Ophthalmology, professor, chief physician, doctoral supervisor, director of cornea ocular surface disease department, director of eye bank and director of Ophthalmic Pathology Department of Peking University Third Hospital.

Hong is mainly engaged in the research of corneal endothelial disease, intraocular viral infection, immune ocular surface disease and pediatric keratopathy. She is responsible for 7 projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and more than 10 provincial and ministerial projects. Hong has written 6 professional books including Corneal endothelial Disease and published more than 100 papers in both domestic and international authoritative journals, including Ophthalmology, Ocular Surface, American Journal of Ophthalmology, British Journal of Ophthalmology and other international authoritative journals. Hong has participated in the compilation of more than 10 expert consensus articles.
