Please check with the People’s Republic of China Embassy/Consulate Office in your respective countries if you require a visa to enter China.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION OF A CHINESE VISA

Passport

1.1. Original passport with at least six (6) months of remaining validity.

1.2. Must have blank visa pages.

Visa

2.1. There are two ways to prepare the visa application form:
a) Complete the online application at cova.mfa.gov.cn or
b) Download and fill up a physical application form from visaforchina.cn/globle/

2.2. Print and sign on the application form.

2.3. Bring the signed copy of the printed form for submission at the embassy/consulate on the day of your appointment.

Photo

3.1. Photograph must be taken within the last six (6) months.

3.2. Colored passport photo against a white background, size: 48mm (H) x 33mm (L).

Proof of Stay and Official Invitation Letter

4.1. Proof of stay with a confirmed round-trip ticket and hotel booking.

4.2. Official Letter of Invitation issued by the Chinese Medical Association (CMA). Please submit your request for an official Letter of Invitation NO LATER THAN Monday, 15 April 2024.

● The Chinese Medical Association will be pleased to issue registered and fully paid delegates and participating exhibitors with an official letter of invitation to facilitate visa application. Please refer to point 4.2 above to submit your request for an official Letter of Invitation. Late requests received after 15 April 2024 will not be processed.
